• Steam in the shower or bath for ten minutes until the skin has softened. 
• Wet the glove to activate the fibers. 
• Wring out any excess water. 
• Applying light pressure, start rubbing long strokes across the skin.
• Increase pressure to desired exfoliation levels. 
• Use glove once a week for 15 minutes. 
• Sensitive skin, decrease frequency to once every 10 days or more. 
• Do not use glove on irritated skin, activate acne breakouts, or opened wounds. 
• Use caution when first using glove. Start with light pressure and increase pressure to achieve deeper exfoliation. 
• Replace glove every six months or as needed. 
• Slight shrinking of the glove is normal after drying.
• Rinse glove with warm water or rinse glove using a gentle soap.
• Hand wash only. Do not machine wash. 

Do I need a separate glove for my face?

Yes. Make sure you use two separate gloves: One for your face and one for your body. The bacteria on your body is different than the bacteria on your face.

-In rare cases, people don't have dead skin, and their peeling is minimal. If you don't experience visible peeling everywhere, don't worry; the glove is still working and exfoliating your skin.
