Question: Can I wash these in the washer/dryer with another laundry?
Answer: Better wash by hand.

Answer: They aren't like cotton pads. They are made of a fine microfiber, and they are more like a fabric. They can't pill or leave fibers on your face. We're 100% sure they will be fine. You can use them on your eyes, and they are very gentle.

Question: It's not removing my waterproof mascara. Do you use something else with it?
Answer: You can use very hot water then squeeze out excess. You press it on your eye/eyelashes for several seconds and then wipe.

Question: How well does this work with waterproof mascara?
Answer: It works well. Just use warm water.

Question: How often do you wash your pads?
