Simple Guideline for Customizing Your Enchanting Moon Lamp:

1. Horizontal photos with clear faces work the best .

2. Please make sure your picture is clear and covers more than 70% of portraits.

3. We will default to removing the background, if you want to keep the background, please send message and let us know.

4. Photo and text is printed on your moon lamp with the photo on the front and the text on the back unless you leave a note/email to request differently.

5. Please choose your favorite picture and attach to your order without hesitate, if the photo cannot be printed, we will contact you.

So, You don't need to worry about your image compatibility. Our designer team will check out your images and make sure your image is good to be printed. If your image needs a revision, we will be contacting you and requesting a new picture from you :)
